At Hello Mobile, we are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff and assigning duties, determining merchandise and services to be sold, locating, selecting and procuring merchandise for resale, developing and implementing marketing strategies, planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses, conducting performance reviews, and supervising office and volunteer staff.
Responsibilities:
* Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
* Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
* Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal performance
* Determine merchandise and services to be sold to meet customer demand
* Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale to ensure quality and availability
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
* Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability
* Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
* Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
* 3-4 years of experience in retail management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
