Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and organize daily store activities, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and support staff.
- Determine and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Locate and procure high-quality merchandise for resale, ensuring that our store offers a unique and compelling shopping experience.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Plan and manage store budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
- Supervise and support office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless store operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail management software.
- Permanent full-time position.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language required.
