Meat Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Meat Team Member to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Meat Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring the highest quality products are available to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional and courteous service to customers, answering questions and making recommendations on products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the meat department and surrounding areas
- Ensure the highest quality products are available to customers, including fresh meat, poultry, and seafood
- Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a retail or food service environment an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
