As a Plumbing Foreperson at Modern Niagara, you will play a key role in leading and supporting our field teams in the execution of project mechanical system installations. Your focus will be on ensuring a high level of productivity, managing a field team with a strong emphasis on safety, and facilitating a site work culture that drives productivity and worker engagement.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing project installations, coordinating with other trades, maintaining a high level of customer service, and ordering tools and materials as required.

", "Qualifications and Experience": "

To be successful in this role, you will require three to five years of experience as a Plumbing Foreperson, a Red Seal plumbing ticket, and local 488 membership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prioritize and schedule work, and excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are also essential.

Additionally, you will need to be able to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schematics, and have knowledge and skill in the use of tools and equipment of the trade.
