About the Role

This exciting opportunity is focused on optimizing our digital platforms and tools to enhance advisor engagement and drive sales growth. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and IT teams to implement cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a digital transformation strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for digital innovation in our sales channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging digital experiences that meet the needs of our advisors and clients.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure successful project execution and ROI.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the transformation process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in driving digital transformation and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working with various stakeholders, including C-level executives, sales teams, and IT professionals.
  • Technical proficiency in digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and mobile applications.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the financial services industry.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a salary range of $103,050 CAD - $185,490 CAD per annum, plus a range of benefits that support your overall well-being, including health, dental, vision, and disability insurance, as well as access to our employee assistance program and retirement savings plan.

Location

This role is based in Toronto, Ontario, with the option to work remotely or from our hybrid office space.
