Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare budgets, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
