About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multilingual Marketing Communications Strategist to join our team in Vaughan, ON. As a key member of our Residential Fire business in Canada, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication strategies that impact the customer experience.

This role will partner closely with regional and global business cross-functional teams to tailor solutions based on customer needs. You will report to the North America Communications Senior Manager based in the USA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support brand management by ensuring brand, creativity, and local standards are met in product packaging.
  • Collaborate with product management, trade marketing, and sales counterparts to execute successful New Product Introductions and promote existing range among customers.
  • Provide input into media plans and activations, giving perspective and support with organic social media plans.
  • Help support local brand, communications, and sales activations; work with agencies and cross-functional teams for e.g., trade shows.
  • Represent the brand in media interviews, such as television and radio.
  • Help with industry relations and corporate social responsibility efforts, e.g., donations.
  • Integrate copywriting expertise to create, design, edit, and review communications prior to release, ensuring message consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Warrant timely response and action regarding potential and ongoing reputational issues.
  • Effectively communicate and escalate processes from local to global teams.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in communications or marketing.
  • Fluency in English and Canadian French.
  • Willingsness to travel 30%, primarily in Canada (occasional US).
Estimated Salary:

$90,000 - $110,000 per year.
