About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Multilingual Marketing Strategist to join our team in Vaughan, ON. As a key member of our North America Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in communications or marketing, with fluency in English and Canadian French. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications is also required.

This is a hybrid role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will work closely with regional and global teams to tailor solutions based on customer needs and develop effective media plans and activations.

In this role, you will:

  • Support brand management by ensuring brand consistency across all channels and reviewing content for accuracy and relevance
  • Collaborate with product management, trade marketing, and sales counterparts to execute successful New Product Introductions and promote existing products among customers
  • Provide input into media plans and activations, including social media strategy and organic social media planning
  • Help support local brand, communications, and sales activations, working with agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Represent the brand in media interviews and provide expert insights to stakeholders
  • Integrate copywriting expertise to create, design, edit, and review communications prior to release, ensuring message consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Warrant timely response and action regarding potential and ongoing reputational issues
  • Manage effective communication and escalation processes from local to global teams

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as an extensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, lifestyle support, and flexible working arrangements.
