Branch Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Director to join our team at Le Groupe Master. As a Branch Director, you will be responsible for leading our branch operations, managing a team of professionals, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organize, and direct branch operations to achieve organizational goals.
- Manage a team of professionals, providing leadership, motivation, and coaching to achieve team goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve objectives and increase revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient product availability.
- Stay updated on markets, trends, and developments in the industry to stay ahead of competitors' activities.
- 5 years experience or more in the HVAC-R industry (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)
- Experience in a wholesale distribution environment
- Excellent leadership, motivation, and coaching skills with a focus on people and results.
- Good interpersonal relationships and ability to work as a team player.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to support convictions with sound reasoning.
