About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chocolate Factory Supervisor to join our team at Immaculate Confection Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our chocolate production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the production process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality chocolate products.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of labourers in food, beverage, and tobacco processing to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the company's standards.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit production reports to management, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, and First Aid Certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
