Job Title: Chocolate Factory Foreman/Woman

Immaculate Confection Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chocolate Factory Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our chocolate production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
Working Conditions:
