Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at KWG COURIER. This role will oversee the supervision of workers and projects, ensuring that all activities are coordinated and executed efficiently.

About the Role

This is a supervisory position responsible for training or arranging for training, coordinating and scheduling activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies. The successful candidate will be flexible and have experience in logistics operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient execution.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance employee skills.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. They should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in logistics operations management is an asset.

What We Offer

As a Logistics Operations Manager with KWG COURIER, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive free parking and have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry. Our company offers a permanent employment contract, working 40 hours per week in a French-speaking work environment.
