Client Service Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide top-notch service support for accounts, including handling service issues, invoicing questions, and research requests.
  • Manage a portfolio of domain names, trademarks, and brand protection services to safeguard clients' global internet brands.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to drive brand launches, problem-solving, product development, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry changes and new product offerings to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Conduct online demonstrations for clients and sales staff to showcase our services.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Direct, open, and honest communication style when dealing with clients and colleagues.
