About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Client Service Partner to join our team at Corporation Service Company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with clients to take and fulfill orders, as well as managing a portfolio of domain names.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Provide service support for accounts, handling service issues, invoicing questions, and research for individual client requests.
  • Manage a portfolio of domain names, trademarks, and brand protection business to help protect and secure clients' global internet brands.
  • Take and fulfill orders, partnering with clients to become their trusted advisor.
  • Work with vendors to resolve technical issues and identify new revenue opportunities and enhancements to product offerings.
  • Cooperate with global vendors to complete internal and external customer orders.
  • Assist the Product Manager with brand launches, problem-solving, product development, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry changes and new product offerings, and communicate this information to clients.
  • Conduct research and analysis of customer data.
  • Provide online demonstrations for clients and sales staff.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar customer service-oriented role is an asset.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, unsupervised, under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience producing quality results with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to be direct, open, and honest when dealing with customers and coworkers.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
