Lead Our Platform Engineering Team

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Engineering Team Lead to join our Platform Engineering unit at Coveo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring and managing a talented group of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage our team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with the unit's leadership and stakeholders to develop the team's roadmap and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee technical decisions and work closely with the team to define the right technical approach.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, providing hands-on help when necessary.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a cloud environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Previous leadership experience in working with DevOps or Cloud Developers.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
