Job Title: Cloud Engineering Team Lead

Coveo is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineering Team Lead to join our Platform Engineering unit. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development and implementation of cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development and implementation of cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with the unit's leadership and stakeholders to develop the team's roadmap in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the technical decisions and work closely with the team to define the right technical approach.
  • Ensure projects are delivered by providing hands-on help when necessary.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a cloud environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS and Infrastructure as code.
  • Previous leadership experience in working with DevOps or Cloud Developers.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
