Job Title: Childcare Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and experienced childcare coordinator to provide top-notch care for infants and children in the comfort of our clients' homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our young clients.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a guaranteed 30 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and less than 7 months of experience in childcare.

The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality childcare services to infants and children in the comfort of their own homes.
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties when parents are away.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children.
  • Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children.
  • Take children to and from school and appointments.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Less than 7 months of experience in childcare.
  • Able to travel with families on trips and assist with childcare duties.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
