Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions for athletes or teams.
  • Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games.
  • Participate in coaching clinic instruction.
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes' or teams' performance.
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in coaching.
  • Strong background in coaching and sports management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
