VMS PETCARE INC. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives.
- Manage inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
- Establish work schedules and oversee employee performance.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues.
- Organize and maintain store inventory, including stockroom management.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales floor staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- College diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent employment opportunity.
- English language of work.
- 32-40 hours of work per week.
