Retail Store Manager

VMS PETCARE INC. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance team performance.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, address supply shortages, and provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and retention.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Language: English.
