About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Estonilo Collado Corporation. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our office buildings and other locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation is required, and you will be willing to travel to various locations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train is a must.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics, patience, and honesty.
