Job Title: Room Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Room Attendant to join our team at TownePlace Suites Mississauga-Airport Corporate Centre.

Job Summary:

The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and bathrooms, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a positive image of the property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and clean guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standards
  • Restock guest room and bath supplies
  • Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests
  • Perform rotation cleaning duties as required
  • Maintain work area and equipment according to hotel standards
  • Respond to guest calls and requests in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required
