Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Chef Eats Inc. As an Ethnic Food Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for the realization of our ethnic dishes.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or central food commissary.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
