Ethnic Food Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at Chef Eats Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes for our customers.
Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for our restaurant and central food commissary.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and train them in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas, and inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant and central food commissary.
- Transportation: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires attention to detail.
