As a Lease Portfolio Specialist, you'll play a vital role in analyzing our current lease portfolio, identifying opportunities for renewal, and working closely with our sales team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the current lease portfolio to identify opportunities for renewal and growth.
  • Work with our sales team to review guest questions, concerns, and special requests related to lease renewal.
  • Present lease renewal options to guests and work with our sales managers to ensure a seamless vehicle appraisal process.
  • Assist in the overall sales process, including presenting features, options, and benefits of new vehicle models.
  • Collaborate with our financial services team to schedule successful lease renewal vehicle deliveries.
  • Stay up-to-date on current vehicle features and maintain a high standard of product knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality control standards.
  • Excellent computer knowledge and skills.
  • Quick learner and team player with strong communication skills.
  • Previous sales experience and ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.
  • A valid British Columbia Driver's License with a good driving record.
