About the Role

eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking a skilled Healthcare Application Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide application support to multi-user, mission-critical, and technology applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor production technology systems to ensure optimal performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support, desktop support, or system administration experience.
  • Investigate problems, determine solution options, make required code/system modifications, test, and implement changes.
  • Diagnose technical problems, determine the root cause, and provide a solution in a reasonable time frame.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or related area of study.
  • 1 year of experience working within an integrated IT/Health support environment.
  • Technical knowledge base and background, including Citrix/XenApp application delivery, OS Windows/UNIX, real-time interfaces, and relational databases.
  • Proven experience and skills in effective communication, problem-solving, documentation standards, and change management protocols.
