We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Previce Home Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Help patients with mobility and transfer
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Administer basic first aid and respond to emergencies
  • Document patient care and progress
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
