This role will involve building organizational talent and capability, creating new trends and benefit spaces in makeup categories by anticipating market trends and consumer needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding the team with a scientific approach to formulation and assessment, including the development of new technology platforms, testing, and technical characterization methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of innovative solutions in makeup formulation and technology platforms establishment.
• Build organizational talent and capability, creating new trends and benefit spaces in makeup categories.
• Anticipate market trends and consumer needs to inform product development decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree required; MBA and/or Advanced scientific degree (i.e., Masters, PhD) strongly preferred.
• At minimum, 8 years of R&D development experience.
• Demonstrated strength in managing multiple projects and/or programs in a dynamic environment.
• Direct and/or indirect product development experience, particularly in roles or assignments aimed at advancing and optimizing formulation/product portfolios, development processes, and methods.
