As a Senior Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in guiding the analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs that enhance team member development and strengthen company values.

**Job Summary**

The Senior Learning and Development Specialist is a results-driven professional responsible for creating impactful learning experiences that foster engagement, build capabilities, and support organizational growth.

In this role, you will partner with Subject Matter Experts and instructional designers to develop training programs that demonstrate effective transfer of knowledge and skills-based training.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct an analysis of the learning needs for each program and adjust the choice of instructional content to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Use collaborative work principles with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to determine and manage program objectives, content, and review cycle.
  • Select and organize content, methodologies, and activities to create a Training design/plan that demonstrates effective transfer of knowledge and skills-based training.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in instructional design, organizational development, and/or facilitation, ideally in soft skills or leadership development.
  • Experience working with e-learning authoring tools is considered an asset.
  • Proficient with ADDIE/SAM design processes.
  • Proficient with MS Office (MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
