Food Service Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use.
- Keep accurate records of food quantities used to optimize inventory and minimize waste.
- Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a consistent supply of fresh ingredients.
- Take customers' orders and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs as needed.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a high level of hygiene.
- Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sharpen kitchen knives to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for cooking and serving.
Work Environment: This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and maintaining a high level of energy and focus throughout the shift.
