Sales Role at Aerotek

You'll be responsible for identifying qualified candidates, partnering with Account Managers, and building relationships with industry contacts. Your impact will extend beyond just placing candidates – you'll make a difference in the lives of both candidates and customers.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified candidates through various methods
  • Interview and screen suitable candidates
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify top accounts and target skill sets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry contacts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives

Your Compensation Package

You'll start with a base salary of $45,000-$60,000, with opportunities for unlimited earnings through commissions after completing a salaried training period. Additional benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, RRSP, paid time off, and employee discounts.
