Job Title: Dairy Queen Food Service Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen.

About the Role:

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve high standards.
  • You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of staff, including preparing and portioning food, as well as training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Your focus will be on ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and preparing and submitting reports.
  • This role is based on-site, with no option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Evaluate and maintain quality control standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • An asset is preferred, but not required.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
