Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in personal banking and business banking products and services.
  • Provide sound advice and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.
  • Use your ability to discover and advise on meeting and exceeding customer needs.
  • Improve customer financial confidence through ongoing dialogue and answering questions.
  • Engage in customer outreach to discuss portfolio updates and additional opportunities.
  • Provide total financial reviews and recommendations based on customer circumstances.
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved accurately and efficiently.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the local market, competitive offers, and economic trends.
  • Assist with maintaining a professional and inviting space in the branch.
  • Support the frontline with transactions and provide coaching to maintain service and product standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • IFIC or CSC certification.
  • CFSA certification to be completed upon hire.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
