Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and repair work on our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex problems with automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Test and inspect vehicles to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Valid certification in automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
