We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Westover Inn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless transitions for our guests.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, offering information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records, balance cash, and complete necessary reports.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties as needed.
  • Utilize computer software, including word processing, database management, and spreadsheet applications.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an asset.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • 35-40 hours per week, with a permanent employment opportunity.
