  • Financial Planning and Advice - Analyze clients' financial situations, identify areas for improvement, and provide tailored financial solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Product and Service Knowledge - Stay up-to-date on CIBC's products and services, and use this knowledge to provide clients with expert advice and guidance.
  • Client Communication and Service - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure that clients are satisfied with the level of service they receive.
  • Team Collaboration - Work closely with other banking professionals to ensure that clients receive a seamless and integrated banking experience.
Requirements
  • Experience - 2-3 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on client relationship building and financial planning.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business, or economics.
  • Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Certifications - Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, or equivalent experience.
