Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at MONTANA GROUP OF COMPANIES LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word

Work Environment:

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Language: English

Work Schedule: 30 hours per week

Duration: Permanent
