Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at 45006 Yukon Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Process group arrivals and departures
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures
  • Clerical duties (faxing, filing, photocopying)
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Willing to relocate
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Overtime required
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Work under pressure
Work Environment

The Front Desk Clerk will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests, colleagues, and management. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
