Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at SEA TO SKY RESTAURANTS LTD. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
