We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Elemental Surface Restorations Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be a team player, and have experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines and optimize resource allocation
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and ensure budget adherence
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to work outdoors and at heights
