Job Title: Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Elemental Surface Restorations Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Building Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, recruiting and hiring workers, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and ensure budget is maintained
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance management
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy, dusty, and at-heights environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
