Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at 9377-6482 QUEBEC INC. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service counter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the food service counter and surrounding areas
    • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
    • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Experience in a food service environment is an asset
  • Skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a hot kitchen environment.

Language

The primary language of work is English or French.
