Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at 9377-6482 QUEBEC INC. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the food service area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment.
    • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store inventory and supplies in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Working Conditions

The Food Service Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced food service environment with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and cleaning chemicals. The position requires standing for extended periods, lifting, and bending.
