  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, fostering a positive and productive team dynamic.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, maintaining a high level of presentation and quality.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure effective time management, maximizing productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
