Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Leader to join our team at Dominos Pizza.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish work schedules.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have a fast-paced environment work style, be able to work under pressure, and have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires standing for extended periods and is physically demanding.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral communication and efficient interpersonal skills are essential.
