Lawn Care Team Lead

The Better Way Property Maintenance is seeking a skilled Lawn Care Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planting, maintenance, and upkeep of our outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns to ensure high-quality results.
- Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Organize and plan the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns to meet our high standards.
- Resolve work problems by providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of our properties.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance to ensure our outdoor spaces are always looking their best.
- Plan and estimate labor and materials to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work to meet our high standards.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Repair and maintain equipment to ensure it is always in good working order.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 16-20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
