About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Moulder Operator to join our team at FS Millworks Ltd., a leading manufacturer of wood products. As a Moulder Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating computerized or manual woodworking machines to fabricate or repair wooden parts for furniture, fixtures, and other wood products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate woodworking machines to produce high-quality wooden parts
  • Read and interpret specifications or follow verbal instructions to ensure accurate production
  • Clean and lubricate machinery and equipment to maintain optimal performance
  • Replace parts as required to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality
Work Environment

As a Moulder Operator at FS Millworks Ltd., you will work in a noisy and dusty environment with a focus on safety and quality. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 5 years or more of experience in woodworking or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
