Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at MANITOBA INC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Assist customers in finding products, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
- Operate a cash register, process returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
