Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Torrid. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an amazing shopping experience for our customers. This includes providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service

    Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.

  • Sales

    Meet or exceed sales goals by promoting products, handling transactions, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products.

  • Store Maintenance

    Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and performing other tasks as needed.

  • Teamwork

    Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements

  • Previous Sales Experience

    Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Flexibility

    Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Physical Demands

    Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as needed.
