Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Management: Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and make informed decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate staff performance to ensure high standards are met.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution and maximum efficiency.
  • Staff Recruitment and Scheduling: Recruit and train staff, and set work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive business growth.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
